James Harrison (left) of the Pittsburgh Steelers is congratulated by LaMarr Woodley after a second quarter safety while playing the Chargers at Heinz Field in November.
Like Indy, Pittsburgh has strong pass-rushers, but Harrison and Woodley present a different style than the Colts' Freeney and Mathis.

NICK CANEPA: On that day, Jan. 5, 1964, Keith Lincoln was a man of another dimension, something no other mortal had been. He couldn't have parted the Red Sea, but with a football in his hands, he may have been able to walk on it.

Q:
Why is it I hear that everyone seems to know for a fact that Sproles can NOT be a feature back in the NFL?? Do you and every other EXPERT have factual EVIDENCE outside of your OPINION?
- -- John Goodbey, San Diego

A:
When did I say he can't be? I said I think he is a 200-250-touch guy. I base that on conversations with people in the league ... And please don't call me an expert. I consider that a derogatory term ... Also, just about the last guy I would put limitations on is Darren Sproles. I'd love to see him carry the ball 10 -12 times a game and catch five or six passes a game.
